I hope this card brings a smile to your face.
I made it for the current challenge going on over at Color Throwdown Color Challenge
The purple color I used is a bit more muted than the color on the inspiration photo but hopefully it will pass muster.
I used dies from Marianne Designs (Elephant), Echo Park (Palm Leaves) and Altenew (Balloon ~ Birthday Greetings).

He is just too cute holding his balloon and looks fabulous with all the colors you used! And who thought a floral inspiration photo would inspire such an adorable card like this...love it!!
