Spring Tulips In A Mason Jar ~ PTI Create Along With Us

Good morning friends~  I'm playing along with PTI's Create Along With Us

I used Mix & Mat Postal Die for the background and added the beautiful tulips from Friendship Jar Spring Fillers.  This set continues to be a favorite of mine from year to year.

I cut the Friendship Jar out of vellum and heat embossed the edge in clear embossing powder.  Then I stamped the water image using Hawaiaan Shores ink and heat embossed in clear over top of that.

The sentiment from Banner Style was just what this card needed to finish it off.

I was inspired by this card of Betsy's.

You can find all the details and play along here.

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Absolutely stunning in every way. Your jar with that look of water--perfect. And, I don't think I have ever seen those tulips colored in as perfectly as yours. Perhaps I could talk you into giving me a coloring lesson next time I am in Maine? Did I mention that as of next fall, I will have both daughters going to college in Maine?
