I used the Elizabeth Craft Designs Hot Air Balloon and created a pretty background using Elizabeth Craft Designs Scallop Rectangles and Memory Box Stitched Cloud Trio.
The "Hello" sentiment was cut using Impression Obsession Word dies.

Awwwww...wouldn't it be fun to take a ride in a pink hot air balloon?! Cute, CUTE card my friend! However, all I can think of from your title is the movie with John Candy and Steve Martin...I don't think I've ever laughed as much as I did when I saw that movie for the first time! :0)
