Hello friends ~ I'm back today with a card I made for the new challenge starting up over at Double D Challenge. The theme for the next two weeks is "Hearts".
Now you may be wondering, where are all the hearts??
I took my inspiration from the top, right corner of the inspiration photo and used the Tea Cup from Elizabeth Craft Designs. This is an older die and I think it's even retired now, but I'll always love the clean design and all the ways you can decorate it.
You may recall that I recently used this tea cup die to make tags this past Christmas (click HERE), where I hand drew on the faces. I've since purchased a set of whimsical face stamps from Peachy Keen Stamps and I am enamored with how cute they all are!So many sizes to choose from and all adorably sweet!

ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet little card. Those cute faces are just the best - lots of possibilities with them. I love the gingham background and that little dollop of whipped cream on top of the cocoa. Very clever to attach the tag with a bit of twine too. It's the perfect final touch!!
