We are in the midst of repainting the trim, the ceiling and the walls in our dining room. It's been quite a long task, mostly because I'm having a hard time focusing on the inside of the house when I want to be outside when the weather is nice. It doesn't help that my craft room is always calling my name! It reminded me that I have Spellbinders Paint Your World Dies sitting in my craft room, just aching to be used.
I created two sweet cards for you, using Spellbinders Artful Tulip, that can be found at ScrapbookPal.
For the first card, I used Pinkfresh Studio Nested Arches to create the focal point, over an A2 sized card panel cut from barnwood printed paper, that I found in my scrapbox.

These couldn't be any prettier, Birgit! Love them both, but the CAS version is my favorite!
ReplyDeleteFantastic! Your floral paint brushes are wonderful! How creative these dies are, but you are the one with the talent to arrange them in the most pleasing way! Simply fabulous! Combines your loves, gardening and crafting!
ReplyDeleteThese are both so pretty Birgit, and remind me that I had used Michele's dies over a year ago to cut out a bunch of these brushes and flowers, but have never colored them up or made a card with them...kinda like your dining room! Haha!! Best intentions and all that... Lovely, lovely cards my friend!! Hugs. :0)
ReplyDeleteThey are both so gorgeous, I do love that wood background in the first one and the flowers popping out of the handle, neat touch. The second with the flowers mixed with the brush is a pretty touch too, like your splattering to go with them!
