Hello friends~ In an effort to use up the mounds of printed paper I have, I made this fun ocean themed tunnel card for the Cut It Up Challenge. Their challenge theme is "By The Sea" and this card fits perfectly for their challenge.
I've had these beautiful ocean papers from Stampin' Up sitting in my pile for far too long, so I pulled out some sea shell and coral dies from various companies and went to work coloring all the little elements that would fill this tunnel card.
Making a tunnel card is a great way to use up printed paper. Here's a close up where you can see all the layers, as well as the inside of the card.
I didn't have a chunky star fish die so I searched online for a free image and then printed the outline and fussy cut it.
I stamped the face using my favorite face assortment of stamps from Peachy Keen Stamps and then colored it in using copic markers.
There are so many cute faces to choose from in this set, and you can use these on so many dies, bringing things to life in a whimsical way.
I'll be adding this card to the following challenges:
Cut It Up ~ By The Sea
Word Art Wednesday ~ Anything Goes
Love Those Pretty Papers ~ Polka Dots (in the very back)
Thanks for stopping by!
