Spellbinders Small Die of the Month ~ December

Hello friends~  I'm popping in with a card I made using Spellbinders Small Die of the Month club kit for December.
This months small die of the month is called Sketched Floral & Frame.  It comes with a total of 12 cutting dies and it is truly stunning and oh, so vintage!

The ornate frame has a whimsical charm that can be used for all types of cards.  I chose to use a vintage image I had in my stash.  There are three different styles of layered flowers in this set, including the flower bud.

Spellbinders Small Die of the Month ~ November

Hi friends~  I'm back today with a couple of projects I made using November Small Die of the Month from Spellbinders.

"Stitched Curved Border & Ornaments" has 13 cutting dies.  There are three border dies in this set, but today's projects focus on the lovely ornament dies.

I decided to make some treat boxes using Fun Stampers Journey Treat Box Die.
I embellished the boxes using the layered ornament dies from the Small Die of the Month.  There are so many ways you can use these dies.

To make the ornaments, I die cut the solid shape and the detailed shape out of white cardstock. I ran the solid shape through the Xyron sticker maker and adhered the detailed piece to the top.  I sprinkled Silk Microfine Glitter to the negative space and embellished the ornaments using flowers and leaves from November's Large Die of the Month.  The tag is from the Perfect Harmony Notecard Embellishments and the "for you" sentiment was partially stamped using a sentiment from Charming Pumpkins.

On Friday I shared a sneak peek of this next project using both the Small and the Large Die of the Month.

The lacy scalloped border was cut using one of the border dies in the Christmas Foliage Strips & Border (this month's Large Die of the Month)

For the ornaments on this card, I cut the solid shape out of Pink Sand Color Essential Cardstock and the detailed shape out of white cardstock.  I added a little bit of stitching to the ornaments before adhering them together.  I added a gold Sparkle Drop to the center of each ornament, for added detail.

The sentiment from Christmas Time Sentiments was heat embossed in black and a few scattered gold sequins finish this card off nicely.

Spellbinders Large Die of the Month ~ November

Good morning friends~  If you love the slimline craze, you're going to love November's Large Die of the Month from Spellbinders.

"Christmas Foliage Strips & Borders" comes with 13 cutting dies to make the most beautiful layered cards!

Here's a close up to show you the amazing detail!
There are four different border strips to choose from.  One of the strips has the poinsettia and leaves detail and the other border strips can be used for any occasion.

I die cut the coordinating poinsettia flowers, pine sprigs, berries and holly leaves in traditional Christmas colors to add depth and color, but you could change up the colors and make a card for every season.  The sentiment is from Christmas Time Sentiments.

Here is a sneak peek of Monday's project using both the Small and the Large Die of the Month.  I wanted to show you another one of the beautiful border dies that are included in this month's set.   I'm in love with that pretty scalloped, lacy border!

Hello ~  I'm back today with a couple of cards I made using Spellbinders Large Die of the Month for October titled, "Santa's Fireplace.

This die set includes 27 cutting dies that allow you to create a heartwarming fireplace scene, which includes Santa's pot belly and legs.  What you can't see in the photo, is that the legs swing back and forth, making this an interactive card.  So cute!!

Look at all the wonderful sentiments to choose from!

I made two cards, giving me the opportunity to use Santa's legs and the lovely logs and fire dies that are included in the set.

Spellbinders Small Die of the Month ~ October

Good morning y'all!  Spellbinders is bringing you all the feels for a farmhouse Fall and Christmas this month with the Small Die of the Month Club kit.

I fell instantly in love with this months Small Die of the Month.  Not only is this truck die as cute as can be but it comes complete with pumpkins for fall, a Christmas tree and a layered gift box for any occasion, which I didn't use so you'll have to keep watching for that post!

Look at those Cinderella pumpkins...  Aren't they the best!  I used the Mini Slimline Envelope & Nested Card Creator to create the card base and coordinating envelope.  The sentiment is cut using this month's Large Die of the Month, which you'll see more of if you come back this Friday.

I had to make a Christmas card using the Christmas tree die from the set.  The Christmas garland is also from the Large Die of the Month.  I used another one of the sentiment dies from the LDOM on this card as well.

Spellbinders Small Die of the Month ~ Sept. 2021

Hello friends~  I'm back today with two cards I made using the Spellbinders Small Die of the Month.

This month's small die set is called "Layered Mix & Match Sentiments".  You're going to love this set!  This die set includes 29 dies.  It has so many words that you can use individually or put together to make the perfect sentiment for your cards.  Plus it also includes shadow dies to nest your words into, adding more detail and dimension to your cards.

I used the bird and balloons from the Large Die of the Month set and added the sweet flowers and leaves and the sentiments from the Small Die of the Month set.  I added Pink Mix Color Essential Gems to the center of each of the flowers.

I used the "hello" sentiment from the Small Die of the Month on this card.

Again, I used that darling bird and balloon die from the Large Die of the Month.  The circle die with the embossed center made me think of one of those gazing balls that you might see in a garden, so that's the direction I went instead of using it as a balloon.  I added a healthy dose of Wink of Stella to make the orb sparkle.

Here's a list of products I used that can be found at Spellbinders:

Feel free to click on any of the links in this post.  You'll be taken directly to the product at Spellbinders, so no searching around to find what you're looking for.

Spellbinders Large Die of the Month ~Sept. 2021

Good morning friends~  I'm super excited to share two cards with today, that I made using the Spellbinders Large Die of the Month and I think this is my favorite kit, to date!

This month's die set is called "Just A Tweet" and it is an absolute "must have"!  This die set includes 34 cutting dies and oh my goodness, it is just as cute as can be!!

Look at this sweet bird.... eeep! So cute!  I love the little wing and tail toppers.  Whether you choose to use them or not, either way this bird is darling both ways. And the sentiment dies... I love that each word die also has a shadow die included in the set so you can use the sentiment dies alone or add the shadow for extra detail and dimension. Aren't the flowers sweet too??  So much detail in every die!

The balloon dies that are in the Large Die of the Month set are all individual dies.  You can use just the circles or add the embossed die to give them texture.  The tail on the balloons are a separate die as well, so you can use them as circles, which you'll see in my next post on Monday, using the Small Die of the Month, so be sure to come back!

On this card I added the word "tweet" from the set and I also used different flowers that are included in this set.

I love the flowers in this month's kit so much. So many design options! Oh, and please don't overlook the music notes.

I'm telling you this month's kit is a whopper!  You won't want to miss out on it.  Spellbinders offers many different monthly kits to choose from and every one of them is an amazing value.

Spellbinders Small Die of the Month Release

Good morning stampers~  I'm happy to be posting a card I made using the Spellbinders Small Die of the Month Club Kit.  This club kit is called "Hex Kaleidoscope Tile" and it contains six cutting dies that work well alone or you can use them in tandem with this months Large Die of the Month Club Kit.

I cut the honeycomb style die twice, out of Mirror Silver Cardstock and glued them to an A2 sized 80# Neenah Solar White card base.  I stamped the sentiment from the Clear Stamp of the Month, "Hex Tile Stamps", into the center right negative space on the card.  I created the medallions using pink and red tones from the Assorted Pack Color Essentials Cardstock.
I just love how these medallions look when layered!  This card came together so quickly and is very elegant.

Here is a complete list of Spellbinder products I used to create this card:

Small Die of the Month

Clear Stamp of the Month

A2 sized 80# Neenah Solar White card base

Assorted Pack Color Essentials Cardstock

Spellbinders Clubs of the Month Blog Hop

Hello everyone!  Sorry for two posts in the same day.  I'm participating in the Spellbinders Blog Hop so hang on tight and let's start hopping!
We're highlighting all of the July Club Kits today, so you'll be seeing a wide range of amazing inspiration as you proceed through the hop.

I've enjoyed using the Mini Slimline Envelope & Nested Card Creator (Large Die of the Month)and the Decorative Mini Slimline Card Creator (Small Die of the Monthso much, I couldn't wait to create with them again.

I cut 1" strips out of several colors from the Assorted Pack Color Essentials Cardstock and taped them together on the back using washi tape.  I cut the panel out using the largest die in the nested die set.

I then layered on two of the smaller rectangles cut out of white cardstock and the label die from Small Die of the Month, which I stamped using the birthday sentiment from the Clear Stamp of the Month.

I tucked in a few of the layered flowers that were cut using the Large Die of the Month.
