Flowers & Balloons... As You Wish!

Hello paper crafting friends~ I'm here to post this card I made for The Shabby Tea Room challenge, to use flowers and/or balloons on a card. You get extra points for using both so this is what I came up with.

It's fairly clean and simple since I used printed paper from My Minds Eye, called "Bramble Rose". I am so in love with this new paper pack!! The banner was cut from a paper scrap using "Heart 2 Heart #5" from PTI and the balloons are also from PTI's "Birthday Style" set. I added some Glossy Accents to the top balloon to make it shine! The sentiment is stamped and embossed in gold, using the same "Birthday Style" set.
