And here's my card:
I started by embossing the front of my white cardstock panel using a Polka Dot embossing folder from Sissix. The sweet library card is one of a set of eight from the Cameo Shoppe on Etsy. I love the colors and they print beautifully!!
I added a banner stamped using PTI's Heart 2 Heart #5 and the sentiment from Say It With Style.

The library card base is brilliant. Very vintage and yet modern with the banners. An oxymoron that totally works!
