Die Cut Mini Notebooks with PTI

I finally found time to play in my craft room this week and try my hand at making Melissa's super cute mini notebooks for the Make-It Monday Challenge. I am completely smitten with Melissa's flawless style and her attention to detail and this challenge was as fun as ever!
I've made two of the sweet little notebooks today using Still Life Summer and printed paper from American Crafts called Neopolitan. They came together so quickly and easily, I could sit and make them all afternoon.

I used the scalloped rectangle from the Nostalgic Notions for the base of both notepads. I added a little scalloped edge to the design paper that holds the pages into place and the note pages are cut using the notebook page die cut. I love that the notebook page die cut is perforated at the top, so I was careful to staple above the perforation so that the pages will rip out easily as needed. I added magnets on the back so they can hang on the refrigerator.

I used the sentiment from The Sweet Life on this second notepad.

I'm also entering these into the challenge at V's Sweet Ideas

Thanks so much Melissa for this fun project and thanks to everyone who's stopped by. Hope your day is blessed! ~ Birgit

These are both SOOOO cute Birgit! Your papers and stamping match together so well, and are just both so bright and cheerful looking! And great idea to put a magnet on the back to put them on the frig...I am so going to do that to mine too! Glad you finally found time to play...they really are addicting, aren't they?!! :0)

Hi Birgit! I had really wanted to enter this challenge and make some little note cards, but didn't get around to it this week. Yours are adorable! So sweet.

I can't believe I wasn't already a follower of your blog as many times as I've been here. Well, I just took care of that and I became your newest blog follower. I would love to have you follow me (if you aren't already). I also love having you stop by when you can. I hope you're having an AWESOME week.

Blessings,
Karen

Way too pretty to write on! But they'll sure decorate the fridge! (HA!) Love the shape, the papers, and that's one of my favorite stamp sets! Actually, every stamp set Betsy does is a favorite! Beautiful!

Love your fruity notepads!! Great stamp set, but I didn't get it, unfortunately... What a great idea to make the notepads into fridge magnets ;). I also love the cute elephant card for your nephew!
