I used the scalloped rectangle die cut from PTI's Nostalgic Notions to cut the pink panel and the stamped panel is cut using MFT's Stitched Rectangle Stax. The streamers are stamped using PTI's Birthday Style and the birds are from an old set that I don't remember the name or the company. (sorry) They are colored with copics and the party hats and sentiment were added using My Creative Time's Tweet Me set. Some candy dots from Queen & Co. finish this card off.

Awwwww...these little birdies are SO cute with their party hats!! I always forget about those streamers in the Birthday Style set, and they add such a fun touch to a birthday card! This is definitely a card that will bring a smile to someone's face...it did mine! :0)
