Ink Resist Fall Cards

Good morning~ Last week my crafty friend, Marcia, did an ink resist tutorial on her blog. I couldn't wait to try it so today I have two cards to share that I made using her fabulous instructions.

On this card I used the leaves from MFT and used Ranger Distress inks in the background using a flower center from PTI's Funky Florals.

This card uses MFT's Primitive Pumpkins.
I love watching the magic happen when rubbing the ink onto the stamped versamark image. So cool with beautiful results!

I'm entering one of these cards into the Word Art Wednesday Challenge

Thanks so much for stopping by! Blessings~ Birgit

Love both of your cards Birgit and so glad you had a chance to try out the resist technique! It is so much fun to watch the designs appear when you start rubbing on the ink! And your bright Fall colors are so pretty on both your leaf and pumpkin cards...fun, fun!! :0)

Love the colors, inking and the CAS design. We are blessed that you joined our Challenge last week at Word Art Wednesday. Make sure you drop by again this week to link your family-friendly projects with us. Leaving you with God's Word in 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 and it says, "For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. "

God bless always,
JO ANN
