I chose this fun card from Betsy as inspiration:
I made mine using inlaid die cuts because this is going to be mailed out. but otherwise it's pretty much a CASE of her sweet card.
I used some flowers from Doodlie-Do and colored them up with Zig watercolor pens. I used the Thanks die from Still Life Summer and cut it out of gold paper. I really love the gold against the black. So pretty!
ETA: I decided after looking at this card again, that it needed more gold so I added some sequins. I like it even better!
Sorry for the poor quality. It was dark when I took this, but you get the idea.

Thanks so much for stopping by! blessings~ Birgit

Beautiful Birgit. Lovely take on Betsy's card.
Oh my goodness, simply fabulous, Birgit! You have been doing amazing work with each challenge! Are you staying up all night, or does this creativity flow right out of you?!
I think these butterflies will combine perfectly with the doodly-doo stamps. Love your take on this challenge!
WOW...absolutely beautiful Birgit!! Love that inlaid look and what a perfect stamp set to re-create Betsy's card! Love the colors and that splash of gold for the sentiment...very, very pretty card!! :0)
Hi there Birgit! Nice to meet you too 😊. Thank you for visiting my blog. It always makes me smile like 'hey.... someone is actually LOOKING at my cards!' Hahaha.
Well, I had noticed your creations a while ago - simply had no time to comment!
THIS card here is beautiful! I LOVE the contrast you achieve with a black card base. And you combined it beautifully with the doodlie do flowers. So pretty!
This is beautiful! Great Case of Betsy's card--I love-in laying die cuts, as I mail out all my cards.
Superb CASE of Betsy's card. Reminded me to add black card stock to my order. Your flowers are beautifully colored. Did you use watercolor paper with your Zigs or just white card stock?
Hi Kathy~ Thanks for your sweet comment. I used PTI's Stamper's Select White Cardstock with my zigs.
