Peace & Joy ~ Christmas In July

Good morning dearies.  I'm popping in with a Christmas in July card for The Card Concept.  Their inspiration photo was just too beautiful to not to join in on the fun.

I was inspired to make a slimline card using the colors and the Christmas tree as my jumping off point.  I recently got the Slim Stitched Scalloped Circle Die from PinkFresh Studio and I couldn't wait to try it out.
I pulled out beautiful papers from Mintay called Christmas Stories.  I heat embossed the sentiment in the center circle, in gold and added a few fussy cut images from the paper pack.

I stamped some berry sprigs using PaperTrey Ink Beautiful Berries: Winter.

The Defined Style of this card is "Shabby Chic / Vintage".  There's plenty of time to join in on the challenge here.

Thanks for stopping by!

Oh my gosh girl...I hope this is my Christmas card???!! I absolutely LOVE this card Birgit! You do vintage SO well and this card definitely shows it! I love the circles (I keep looking at that die and wonder if I should put it in my cart!) and the way you've decorated each one with all the beautiful papers, the gold embossed sentiment, and the stamped berries! Lovely, lovely card my friend!! Hugs. :0)
