Crafting with Crafty Secrets

Well, Hello and welcome to the Crafty Secrets November Linky Party! I am over the moon excited that I was asked to be a guest designer for the November Linky Party. I love anything vintage and Sandy has got the best vintage images ever! And, even better than that, she's going DIGITAL so you have all the great graphics and you can size them and play with them as often as your little heart desires. Truly, I am humbled and honored to be working with such a talented team of artists. I only hope I can meet the high standards they set this month. Let's get started, shall we?
I have oodles and oodles of old buttons and I really enjoy seeing vintage button cards on display and have quite a collection on Pinterest! I am working with the images from "Creating with Retro Christmas" CD #5. Oh my giddy heart, there are so many amazing images on this CD, it was hard to choose which ones I was going to use. You'll see, I've used quite a lot of them so this post is picture heavy. Be forewarned! Grab a cup of something warm and yummy and kick back and enjoy my tutorial on how to make your own button cards.

I love your use of the images and it must have taken forever to sew all those buttons on. I look forward to getting to know you better when I get back from holidays.

  5. LOVE these! I have a question, I have an older CS Christmas Retro collection, but it is not called #5, but I have some of these images. Did all of the button card images come from CS Retro Christmas #5? I so want the Santa one! I will buy #5 even if I repeat some of the images....
