You're The Best! ~ A Time Out Challenge

Good morning, I'm here with a card for the Time Out Challenge using their fabulous inspiration photo:

I used MFT's Fall Florals and stamped the flowers in jewel tones, as that was what I picked up on from the inspiration photo.  Well, the colors and the brick wall.  I started by embossing the white card stock with a brick embossing folder and gently rubbed some grey ink over the center of the bricks randomly.  Then I cut and stamped the flowers.

After I stamped the flowers, I stamped them again using Versamark Ink and swept some pearlized powders over each of the flowers, giving them a shimmery look.  I don't remember the name of the powders, my mind has gone completely blank!  I tried to capture the shine.  You can kind of see how they look in these close up photos.
ETA:  Loll suggested that I used Perfect Pearls and she was absolutely right!  Thanks LOLL!!

After I was done taking pictures, I still felt like something was missing so I added some small butterflies cut from colored card stock that I gave some sparkle to, using a clear Wink Of Stella pen.

I'll also be adding this card to the following challenges:
CAS Mix Up Card Challenge ~ using Stamping, Die Cutting & Embossing

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Blessings~ Birgit

Sweet!! LOVE your brick wall background. Leaving it white with just a sponge of gray keeps your card looking CAS. Your flowers are beautiful ... and the shimmer is so pretty. You probably used Perfect Pearls powders?? Thanks so much for sharing with us at CAS Mix Up, Birgit! xx
