This card uses all scraps from my stash. I love it when I can do that!! The fancy rectangles were cut using Spellbinders and the tea cups are from PTI. However, I did add a lacy border to the rim of the tea cup using the small rectangle frame. I simply cut the edge to fit the tea cups and added a single flower from the border punch, to the center of each of the tea cups. The flower border is cut using a Martha Stewart border punch and the sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp. Thanks for looking! Blessings~ Birgit

Your sweet border and flowers add so much to the teacups! And I love the way you framed the sentiment too! Gorgeous my dear!
