Transormation Tuesday with PTI

Hello~ Just popping in with a card I made / transformed for PTI's Transformation Tuesday.

I made this card a while ago using PTI's Tulip Time and while I liked it, the background seemed too busy.

I rebuilt the card using the same design but changing up the background using a softer piece of patterned paper.  The ticket (in place of the tag) was a freebie that I won in a past challenge.

You can find all the details about PTI's Transformation Tuesday here.

Thanks for stopping by!

Ooooh I think both are splendid, so pretty and Spring like--especially when we are looking at our 4th Nor'easter...this month alone.....cripes! May just leave your Blog Post up all day to cheer me up!

Both cards are really beautiful Birgit (those Tulips look good on anything!!), but I agree that the softer background lets the tulips shine more! Lovely, lovely cards!! :0)

Lovely job on your transformation, Birgit. I think I like it with the softer background also.

I actually like the background on the first card as the blue panel behind the tulips sets them off, but the newer card is also very lovely with the softer tones.

They are both beautiful, I love the text background in the first one, like the ticket to back the flowers on the second also. The flowers are beautiful too, like how you added one to the inside also
