Catching Up with PTI: Celebrating their Past, Present & Future

Good morning friends~  I'm playing catch up with some of PTI's 10th Anniversary festivities.
On their first day, they asked us to choose a favorite card that we've made using their products.
I chose this card because it sort of shows my love for vintage with the typewriter font on the leaves.  It's also layered and as most of you who know me, know that I am challenged when it comes to making one layer cards.  It was also a very early attempt at water coloring, which I still struggle with but I liked how the birds came out.

2007
My favorite set released in 2007 was Green Thumb and I continue to have an admiration for the rubber boot in that set so I made a card yesterday using that image.
I stamped the boot in a rainbow of spring colors and added a sentiment from the set.

2008

I don't have any of the sets they showcased for 2008 so I went with a stamp that looked similar to the flowers in Floral Frenzy.  I used All About You to make this next card:
I did a bit of a loose water color look on a piece of Strathmore water color paper and popped the center up using a piece of chip board.

You can find all the details of PTI's 10th Anniversary at Nichole's Blog

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Blessings~ Birgit

Three FABOULOUS cards Birgit and I'm proud to say I'm the recipient of the 1st card and it is proudly being displayed on my card board in my stamp room! Your rainbow of boots is such a sweet, sweet card and I love the floral watercolored card too! You're off to a great start my friend in keeping up with all the festivities over at PTI...afraid I'm woefully behind!! Hopefully will have some time this week to do a little catching up! :0)
