I'm so blue...

Happy Hump~Day friends! This is my first time joining the Work-it Wednesday challenge over at the Simon Says Stamp blog. The challenge was to make a card using the color blue so here's my card:

I used a water coloring technique to color the image using Tim Holtz Distress Inks. Clearly, I have a lot to learn! The image is from the set called "Morning Glory" from SNSS and the design paper is from Simon Says. Thanks for looking! Blessings~ Birgit

Wallpaper Background

Has it really been a month since my last post?? July has been a whirlwind of activity here and I must be honest to say, I'm glad for the little bit of a break. It's also given me time to take out my card making supplies and join in on some online fun! Ashley Canon Newell gave a great challenge to create a wallpaper background. The double line stamp is from Simon Says Stamp, while all other stamps are from PTI's "Wishing You" set.
