Halloween Wreath ~ TSOC

Hello stamplings~  Today's card is super cute!  I made it for the new challenge starting up over at The Sisterhood of Crafters.  The theme for this challenge is "Wreath".  Well, since it's almost Halloween I had to go in that direction...

And at first this challenge had me stumped but finally inspiration started trickling in and this is what I ended up with.

I started with the wreath, using Taylored Expressions Door to Door Decor and cutting the wreath out of black cardstock, twice.  I layered the wreath and fluffed up the sprigs and mounted it to this Barn Door from Marianne Designs.  I added a Halloween sticker from Simple Stories to the center of the wreath and some orange stickles for berries.  It looks like the pumpkin is looking through a peephole in the door.  So cute!

I wanted a brick façade for the door so I used Stampin' Up! Brick & Mortar EF, but when I ran it through the machine, somehow the paper moved and it went wonky!  I was going to throw it away abut after seeing what it looked like, I kind of like the wonky bricks.  A happy accident!  I added concrete steps using grey cardstock and gave them the look of concrete by sponging on some Iced Spruce DOX ink.  I tucked in a few more wreath sprigs to the concrete steps and added a sentiment sticker from the Simple Stories Halloween pack.

Spellbinders Invitation ~ Sweet Serenade

Good morning friends~  I'm delighted to bring these cards to you today, that I made using Becca Feeken's Sweet Serenade collection from Spellbinders.
Mercy me, these dies are gorgeous!

I created a set of 4 notecards using Scalloped Symphony Notecard dies.

Scalloped Symphony Notecard Etched Dies includes 10 thin metal dies and is part of the Sweet Serenade Notecards Collection by Becca Feeken. The Scalloped Notecard die can be a Slimline card base or a card panel. Add the Score Line Insert in the middle to create a sweet 4-inch notecard square. The rest of the dies can be layered and decorated for a wonderful card creation!

The flowers are from the Layered Colorful Blooms die set.

My next set of notecards were made using the Scalloped Symphony Notecard base and Perfect Harmony Notecard Embellishments.

Perfect Harmony Notecard Embellishments Etched Dies is from the Sweet Serenade Notecards Collection by Becca Feeken. Create lovely toppers for your cards with this set of nine thin metal dies. It also includes two tag designs to accent, and slots to tuck in the end.

I made a little box using the detailed die from the Perfect Symphony Notecard Embellishments to hold a set of 4 cards.  This is a great gift idea!

Spooky Jack Scarecrow

Hello friends~  I'm popping in today to share two cards I made using Elizabeth Craft Designs Scarecrow die set.

Is the Jack Scarecrow cute or what?  For the first card, I cut a panel of aqua colored cardstock using Paper Rose Pierced Rectangles and did a light stencil using a herringbone pattern in the background.  I adhered that panel onto a black postage rectangle and mounted it onto an A2 sized card base.  The little mice are included in the scarecrow set.  I thought they were too cute not to use.  I stamped some random stars using black ink and added a few details using a white gel pen.

I used a premade Scene Scapes background for the second card from Lavinia Stamps.  This card came together in no time!

Just a quick note to let you know that Scrapbook.com is currently having their Semi-Annual Die Cutting Sale.  Save up to 50% on die cutting and you get a FREE gift with your purchase.

Here's a list of supplies I used that can be found at Scrapbook.com

Holy Night Pop Up Box Card~ Spellbinders Christmas Traditions

Hello friends~  I'm back today with a box card I made using Spellbinders Three Kings Clear Stamp Set from the Christmas Traditions release.
This set includes 8 stamps, 6 images and 2 sentiments.  It is as timeless as it is beautiful.

I stamped each of the images from the Three Kings stamp set onto 80# Neenah Solar White cardstock and cut them out using my Brother Scan N' Cut machine.

I used the FSJ Scalloped Pop Up Box die from Spellbinders to create a scene of the most holy of Holy Nights, so many years ago.  The reason we celebrate this beautiful holiday season.

I stamped the sentiment from the stamp set and embellished the front of the box with a few flowers from Wagon Full of Fall from the Happy Harvest Collection to finish it off.

Here's a list of products I used that can be found at Spellbinders.

Spellbinders Small Die of the Month ~ October

Good morning y'all!  Spellbinders is bringing you all the feels for a farmhouse Fall and Christmas this month with the Small Die of the Month Club kit.

I fell instantly in love with this months Small Die of the Month.  Not only is this truck die as cute as can be but it comes complete with pumpkins for fall, a Christmas tree and a layered gift box for any occasion, which I didn't use so you'll have to keep watching for that post!

Look at those Cinderella pumpkins...  Aren't they the best!  I used the Mini Slimline Envelope & Nested Card Creator to create the card base and coordinating envelope.  The sentiment is cut using this month's Large Die of the Month, which you'll see more of if you come back this Friday.

I had to make a Christmas card using the Christmas tree die from the set.  The Christmas garland is also from the Large Die of the Month.  I used another one of the sentiment dies from the LDOM on this card as well.

You can find all these at Spellbinders:
