Today's card was made using the colors from Color Throwdown.
My card is a very literal interpretation because I just fell in love with this sweet image!
I started by cutting the panels using MFT Blueprints #20. I stamped the limb from PTI's Out On A Limb selectively, in dark chocolate ink. My idea was to use die cut flowers to add to my branch but I couldn't find any small enough to fit what I wanted to do. I have so many bottles of prima flowers and found the perfect color and size that I wanted. Love it when that happens!
The leaves are punched and cut individually using a Martha Stewart punch. I gently formed the leaves with a stylus and added pearl beads to the centers of the flowers. I cut and heat embossed the small canning jar from PTI's Friendship Jar onto a piece of acetate and added it to the base of the branch. The sentiment is heat embossed in white using MFT's Blissful Butterflies.

I finally found time to make a card for the PTI Make it Monday challenge. Lizzie shares her great ideas on softening patterns using vellum. You can find the video HERE.
The graphic design was made using the chevron or arrow stamp from Postmarks. I don't really even know what that design is called, but I thought it would make a fun, graphic background so I stamped it using Limeade Ice and Hawaiian Shores ink. The sentiment is from Graceful Greetings.

Hello paper crafting friends~ I had a request to make some birthday cards for a lovely lady who loves flowers and the color purple so you'll notice that theme in this post.
This card uses Rosie Posie and sentiment from Ruby Rose, both from PTI.
On this card, I stenciled polka dots to create my background panel and used PTI's Year of Flowers and the berries from WPlus9 Fresh Cut Florals.
For this card I used lots of products from MFT, including Mini Rolled Roses, Lily Dienamics, various Blueprints to cut the panels and Floral Fusion Cover Up. The sentiment is from PTI's Ruby Rose.

Just popping in to add this card that I made using the colors from the ColourQ Challnege.
I have two little creations to share with you using these colors.
I started with a Kraft cardstock base and a white cut a panel using MFT's Blueprints #1, on which I stamped the woodgrain background, also from MFT. I lightly stenciled in some circles using PTI's Fine Linen and Spring Rain inks. The roses are stamped and die cut using PTI's Sweet Life. The banner is also stamped and cut using PTI's Banner Banter. Some clear gem stones finish this card off.
My next little creation uses PTI's Seed Packet Die to create the treat bag that holds a little post card tag.

A friend of mind gave me some fresh honey from her bee hives and thought the challenge from Color Throwdown was the perfect jumping off point for my thank you card to her.
Here's my card:
I used PTI's Hexagon Cover Plate, cutting just a portion for some random honey combs. The bees are die cut using some old Quikutz dies. The flowers are from MFT Pretty Poppies. The circle sentiment is from S.S.S.
