Card #3 for PTI ~ Make it Monday Challenge

Here's my third card using Melissa Phillips technique found here on Nicole's blog.

I really love how each element effects the stamped images. This was makes me think of groovy, psychedelic card from the 70's. Thanks so much for looking! Blessings ~ Birgit
