Two for One

Good Saturday morning! I'm getting these cards in just under the wire for the Color Throwdown Challenge.

I originally made this card to go along with the Sweet Sunday Sketch but I see it has an extra tail that the sketch doesn't have but I'll try it anyway.
The extra tail comes from the widest strip. I used my MFT Pierced Fishtail Banners to cut it and when I cut it to fit the panel, I had this cute little tail left over and just couldn't bare to throw it away so I added it to my card at the last minute, forgetting the details of the sketch. Oh well, it's still cute!

This is my next card using the same color palette because I was going to use two flowers on my first card until I realized they were just too large. So I get two for the price of one today!
One of these cards are each being entered into the following challenges:
Word Art Wednesday
Simon Says Wednesday Challenge
CASology
Thanks so much for looking! Blessings~ Birgit

These are both wonderful, Birgit. I think that extra tail above is like the bottom points on the star--so I say it still qualifies for the sketch. Your second beauty definitely qualifies for CASology--I see lots of shapes on this pretty card. Thanks so much for playing along at CASology this week.

Oh these 2 are great cards. I love how both are different but have the same colours and flower-wonderfully done

This reminds me of an expensive heart-shaped box of chocolates! Beautiful layout in gorgeous colours, and despite the layering, it still has such a lovely CAS feel about it! Beautiful, clever and pretty card! The recipient will be very happy to receive it! Thanks so much for playing along with us at CASology this week!
