I chose this adorable Happy Birdie Blue image because I just love birds and this little fella has found a special friend to spend some time with.

I started by printing out the image on my home printer and coloring it in using Copics. I added some white gel pen details to both the bird and snail and then fussy cut them out. I cut and stamped the tree branch from Sweet N' Sassy Stamps Love Birds for the friends to sit upon. The background is made using a stitched rectangle frame from MFT's Blueprints #13 and a Stitched Cloud Edger also from MFT. The sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp Absolutely Delightful.
