12 Kits of Occasion ~ November

Hello~  Today's cards are part of the 12 Kits of Occasion group post for November.  Due to the postal strike that was going on in Canada, Tracey's kit was a bit delayed.  But we all recently received our kits and they were so worth waiting for.  Just darling!!!
Everything in the kit was new to me and I was so far behind with making Christmas cards this year, so this kit came just in time and was just what I needed to get me to the end of my Christmas card list.

The moment I saw this image, I just knew it had to go to my daughter.  She got a new puppy this spring and he is a bundle of cute, chaotic energy.  So cute but the bigger he gets the more of a wrecking ball he becomes, but I love him soooo much!
A quick share of his cuteness:
You can see how he's grown and he's even bigger now and still wants to be picked up... but I digress, back to the cards.

Tracey included a slotted cardstock panel that I didn't know what it was supposed to be used for.
As it turned out, it is a gift card die but before I knew that I used it to make this slider card for the weener dog.  It worked perfectly and is super cute!!
These pre-printed panels make last minute card making a snap!

It's hard to see in the photo, but I added some Elizabeth Craft Designs Silk Microfine Glitter in warm white to the top layer of the peace die cut.

I have plenty of contents left over to help me get a jump start on next years Christmas card making.

Thanks Tracey, for an adorable kit!  You can see all the other designers cards here

Thanks for stopping by!

You'd never know this was a rush job with this kit as every card is absolutely FABULOUS my friend!! I can totally tell you had a blast creating with Tracey's kit...but then how could you not with all the sweet, sweet images and the FABULOUS papers! I love your slider card with the wiener dog...reminds me of my grand-doggies Beamer and Royce! And how sweet is your 1st card that reminds you of Amanda's puppy?! I can see where he would be a bit of a wrecking ball with that happy tail and all that energy! But how could you ever stay mad at a face like that...he's adorable!! But anyway, FABULOUS cards my friend...love them all!! :0)

Oh what a delight these all are! I thought it was a slider too. I didn't use it, but it might still be a slider when I do LOL! I can tell you enjoyed this kit. But I have to say, your naughty real life pup wins the prize for cuteness!

Awesome, Birgit! I wondered about a slider but thought I would wait to see what everyone else did. Love all your fabulous designs! You really worked magic with Tracey's kit. And what a fun story about your daughter's dog. Our new baby weighs 12 lbs. and is definitely a lap dog so can't imagine how we would handle her if she was larger. She runs like a streak of lightning so we are working on controlling that. TFS your sweet photos--nothing sweeter than babies or pups!!
