Happy Spring! ~ Double D Challlenge

Good morning happy stampers!  I hope you're seeing signs of spring where you are.  We still have a few weeks on the east coast before we start enjoying warmer weather, but today's mood board from Double D Challenge is sure helping me to put a spring in my step.

beautiful, right??
Here's my card based on the inspiration photo's:

I used all stamps and dies from The Greetery for this challenge.
I started by stamping some of the script and postal images on my background panel and then stamped and die cut all the layered elements.  I heat embossed the envelope in gold to add some glitz to my card and then just started layering the pieces until I was happy with the result.

Here's a second card, with a few slight changes.

I hope you'll stop by Double D Challenges for more inspiration and to play along.
Here's what you could win when you join in on the fun:
Karen Burniston - Dies - Happy Spring

Thanks for stopping by!

Love both! So beautiful! Wouldn't it be lovely to find this in your mailbox? Loving the script and cancelled postage, so fun and creative! And the flora and fauna! LOVE! Yes, it would be lovely to get out in the gardens, but it almost feels like winter has returned here. Soon enough I expect. My daffodils do have buds! Be well!

LOVE LOVE LOVE, the goodies from the Greetery are stunning, I love their goodies but sadly not available in Australia and posting is so expensive so I drool over things like this.xx

Both stunning, Birgit! Your envelopes stuffed full of florals are just as gorgeous as that tulip-filled umbrella!! Love all the sweet details, like that scripty stamping - so smart!
