Layered Edges Green & Yellow for Color Hues

Do you enjoy joining in on challenges?  I do! Color Hues is a brand new challenge and one that will definitely become a fast favorite, I think.

For my card I did a double layered edge using Impression Obsession Square Cutout Border and Penny Black Border Edgers.

The flowers are stamped using PTI's Gran's Garden.  I haven't used this set in such a long time.  I'd forgotten how much I enjoy it!

Here is the inspiration photo from Color Hues to get you started.  I hope you'll visit this new challenge site, give them some love and join in on the fun!

Thanks for stopping by!

This is beautiful Birgit. These colors are just so bright and springy to me and love Gran's Garden too. So many of our stamps lose their place to the new ones that come along. Lol.

Oh Birgit that is just gorgeous, such lovely job on the layering of the flowers and the yellow tones are so pretty together. I love the way you layered the two borders too, that is such a terrific touch!

Those beautiful flowers from Gran's Garden jumped right out at me! You've inspired me to dig out that stamp set again. Love the border design of your card. The Square Cutout is one I've never seen, but it's just perfect.

Fabulous card using those gorgeous blooms from Gran’s Garden. (Love that set and have some blooms ready to go in hopes of at least one card-making session this week.). Adore the double border on your card—creative genius!
