Good morning friends~ I made this gift set back in February, to celebrate a dear friends special day, and I never got around to posting it. As it turns out my dear friend Marcia, over at Color Hues is starting a new challenge using these colors, so I thought this would be the perfect time to post this project.

When I first saw this card in the gallery this morning I thought "Hey, that's just like my birthday card!", only to read your post and find out it really is my birthday card! How fun that my color pairing was the exact same one you used almost 3 months ago for my birthday...our minds really are thinking alike! The little treat box (minus the lemon candies!) is still on a shelf above my crafting desk and the framed flower picture is off to the side of my desk where I see it every day! And your sweet card is on my big bulletin board in my craft room....you're everywhere in this room my friend! Oh, WOW! What a wonderful gift set, Birgit! The box of sweets, the framed piece, all those wonderful polka dots -- love! The card is fabulously cute, a fun arrangement, beautifully balanced. I wonder what's in that pretty bag with the doily topper? I get colorful polka dot bags from my vet and save them all. They make very cute gift bags. What a wonderful set to receive!

OMGoodness! What an exquisite set! Love the yellows and blues and lemons and of course that yummy cupcake! Your card is sweet and luscious! The treat box is adorable--loving that daisy style flower! Such a simple, yet creative and beautiful bag--love it topped with a doily and bow. And that piece of framed art is fabulous! You definitely put the HAPPY in Birthday! Love this!

Wow that is a gorgeous gift set with card, pretty lemon theme, like the little happy sign on the cupcake with the flower, love the treat box too and your framed flowers is just gorgeous!
I thought this looked awfully familiar! I really enjoyed seeing all this loveliness in Marcia's studio, Birgit! Lemons and yellow are among her favorite things for sure!
