Hello friends ~ I'm popping in to share a card using the colors orange & brown for the Color Hues color challenge.
I have this close up picture from the garden and turned it into a specimen card using dies from Tim Holtz.
I added some random stamping around the specimen card and gave it some good distressing around the edges. I love the little number tag!
Popped onto a super old piece of scrapbook paper in browns and tans, the image really pops!

Birgit... fabulous collage and bee photo! I am so glad you are sharing it with Just Us Girls for our 800th challenge. Thank you!
Birgit, I loved seeing your wonderful garden - even though it was post-gardening season, it's easier to imagine you there!
Looks like that little bumble bee was very happy and looks wonderful as the focal point of your fun 'slide!'

Oh that is so pretty Birgit, love the stamping you did on the specimen card and the cut tag with it. That is a beautiful picture for the inside and love how it pops against all the brown!
A brilliant idea turned into a beautiful card! That is some amazing bee on the daisy. Large and colorful. Your stamping on the slide makes all the difference, and the background paper is ideal. I, too, love the little number tag!
Very cool and creative! Love that sweet little bee! Spectacular creation! Love it!
Bee-utiful vintage card! Thank you for joining in the Just Us Girls 800th celebration challenge.

This is a beautiful combination of bright and vintage. Love the bee. I hate to be the "bad guy" here but the addition of that green is not an approved neutral but we're very happy you shared this with us at Color Hues. Please come back and play again!
