Birthday Cupcake

I'm playing along with Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #359 this week!
Here's their sweet inspiration:
Don't they always have the cutest inspiration photo's??
Here's my card:
I started by rubbing a little Tumbled Glass Distress Ink into the center of my white card stock front and then added PTI's Pretty Frame.  I cut the PTI "Happy" One Liners banner out of white and backed each letter with some brightly colored scraps.  The word "birthday" is from Simon Says Stamp "Birthday Celebration".
I die cut the cupcake out of colored card stock using Elizabeth Craft Designs "Cupcakes".  I stamped a few stars and scattered some sequins to finish this card off.

I'll also be adding this card to the following challenges:

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Blessings~ Birgit

This is a beautiful birthday card! I love the light distress ink background, it adds a softness behind the lovely bold colours of your cupcake! Thanks for playing along with us at Seize The Birthday :)
