Under The Sea

Cupcake Inspirations just started a new challenge and I know it's one you won't want to miss!  Here's the inspiration photo:
I couldn't pass up the opportunity to add this card to their Under the Sea challenge using the colors from ColourQ


Especially since I recently got these sweet Elizabeth Craft Designs sea shell dies from Dies R Us.

I made this card into a shaker card using lots of blue/green sequins for the water.  I used a pine sprig punch from Martha Stewart because I thought it looked like coral, under the bottom sea shell.  I added a banner sentiment to finish it off.  

This card is a sneak peek of an upcoming post so be watching for more fun cards using these dies.

What a beautiful and fun card Birgit! Your seashells are so pretty and I love that this is a shaker card! And I really love how you used the MS punch for coral...it really does look like it! Fabulous card my friend!! :0)

Oh this is fantastic and pulls at my heart strings! It does look like coral, just perfect! Great Challenges, you nailed them both. Fabulous colors and who doesn't LOVE a Shaker card! I need those dies, thankfully I have a connection lol
