Good morning friends. There's a new challenge starting over at
This week the theme is Trees / Leaves.
Here's my inspiration:
I used Elizabeth Craft Designs Christmas Tree which has both the solid layer and the detailed layer. Each layer is a separate die so you can make the tree any size you like.
I die cut the solid tree out of white card stock and the detailed tree out of green card stock. I then heat embossed the tips of the green tree in gold embossing powder.
For the Star of David, I used Die-versions Nativity Border and used just the star. The background frames were cut using Elizabeth Craft Designs Postage Stamp Rectangles and Stitched Rectangles.
You can see more inspiration for this challenge and join in on the fun by clicking HERE.
The winner will receive a gift voucher to Dies R Us.
Thanks for stopping by!

Beautiful card and how clever to emboss the tips of the tree branches, I will have to store this tip for later use and of course love the dies you have used to create this beauty!! Happy November 1st!!
WOW! Another die for my wish list! I'm going to need a part time job at this rate just to pay for dies! AWESOME job, Birgit!
What a BEAUTIFUL tree my friend! I love all the detail from the 2nd layer and the gold embossing adds such an elegant touch! I really like those postage stamp dies too and may have to invest in them after the holidays if I have any money left! Haha!! Lovely, lovely card Birgit!! :0)
