Snow Much Fun! ~ Double D Challenges

Hello friends ~ Double D Challenges is closing out the year of 2025 with a new challenge, with the theme of "Santa and / or Snowman".

I have four cards to share with you, because I couldn't just stop at one.  I hope you don't mind.

I purchased the Simple Vintage Holly Jolly collection from Simple Stories after the holiday, last year.

There are so many cute snowman images and ephemera in this set, it's easy to come up with many designs.

I have lots of bits and bobs left over in this collection, so you can be sure to see more on my blog in the future.
But for now, I hope you'll stop by Double D Challenges to see more amazing designs from the talented team members and join in on the fun.

And here's what you could win when you play along:

This is also my last post designing with DD Challenges.  I've made the big decision to step down from the team as life is getting busier and busier for me and I just don't spend the time in my craft room like I used to.
Darlene and Diane have been fantastic design team leaders!  My hope is that I'll stop by and play along with their challenges as time permits.
Thanks to the entire team of designers for allowing me to be part of your amazing group this past 5 years.

ETA:  I'll be popping one of these cards into the following challenges:
Word Art Wednesday ~ Annual Christmas Blog Hop

May your Christmas season be blessed beyond measure.

Thanks for stopping by!

Have A Holly Jolly One!

Hello friends ~  We just got back from visiting our son and his family in California, and I've slowly been trying to catch up on visiting blogs.  We went out to celebrate our sweet "P"s 3rd birthday. They're also coming home for Christmas, so December is flying by like a leaf in the wind.  Not much time for crafting, but I have a number of cards that I made last year that I never got around to posting so I figured this was a good time to share, as it fits into a couple of current challenges.

I used some retro style papers and die cuts from Carta Bella.

Don't you just love his rosy red cheeks?

I'll be entering this card into the following challenges:
The Sisterhood of Crafters ~ Anything Christmas
Word Art Wednesday ~ Anything Goes
