Is It A Girl or A Boy?

Good morning friends,  I'm so happy to be writing up this post as it's been a long matter of prayer.  My daughter has had multiple miscarriages over the past year and a half and is finally at a safe place in this pregnancy where I feel comfortable about sharing this joyous news with you.  I'm gonna be a grandma!!!

This is the week they find out what sex the baby is and I couldn't help myself to do a little shopping to celebrate this special event in their lives.

I bought a newborn outfit for both a boy and a girl and made cards to coordinate with them, so that when they do the big reveal (which is this Saturday!), I'll have a gift ready to give them.

I used dies from Marianne Designs for both of my cards.  She has the cutest lineup of animals and they're so fun to put together.   In this case I obviously was inspired by the little outfits I found.

So what do you think it's going to be?  A boy or a girl?
You'll have to come back some time next week to find out!
I'm hoping to post a video of the reveal, if I can figure out how to be that computer saavy.

I'm so happy that you've come to share our joyous news with me!

I'll be posting one of these cards into the following challenges:
Word Art Wednesday ~ Anything Goes

Thanks for stopping by.

Congratulations and I hope all goes well this time for your new addition to the family. I love the cards you made and I am so happy for you. I fully understand your excitement as the first grandchild for me was a long time coming too. Finally after eight years of marriage they had their little boy. I have since added more grandchildren from other family members but that first one was so very special.

Where to begin?!?! This is just the most fantastic post! Today IS the day!!! I pick Pink, only because I have some experience in that department! I am so happy for you and your hubby and your daughter and son in law. You won't believe the feelings....all of them, they'll hit you like a ton of bricks and there is no coming back from that--but in a very good way! I have been keeping you all in my prayers! As soon as you find out tell us too....and then go plant a whole garden full of the corresponding color! This is just so Joyous!!! xoxo
