Good morning friends. There's a new challenge starting up over at Double D Challenges and the theme is "Snow".
For my card I pulled out a retired set from Elizabeth Craft Designs called "Snow Globe". It hasn't gotten nearly enough use since I got it way back in 2017.
Please be sure to visit the Double D Challenges blog to see more amazing inspiration from my talented teammates.
And, for further inspiration, here's the photo collage to help inspire you:
Thanks for stopping by!

Beautiful! Looks like a quaint Maine village (or Cape Cod one--they seem to be interchangeable!) And who doesn't love a snow globe?
Awesome snow globe scene, such a cute design!! Feels good to pull out an older die to put to use doesn't it?
What a beautiful scene you've created my friend! Looks like a really nice place to visit!! lol I love quaint little towns.
Oooooooooh...I love this Birgit!! And this is the type of snow I like....contained in a globe and on a card!! Seriously though, this set makes such a beautiful and peaceful scene and you've used the perfect colors and the glitter to make this card SHINE! It reminds me of a couple sets I have that haven't seen enough love in ages and would be perfect for this challenge...thanks for the inspiration!! Hugs. :0)
Birgit, don't we wish we could enclose Winter inside a big snowglobe? Though I can't complain as we haven't had snow since Christmas!
This is so very beautiful, and beautifully made! xx

Beautiful winter scene. Love the soft colors and sparkly roof tops!
Birgit, this is so pretty! I've been loving my little houses for Christmas this year and have more I haven't used yet. Such a sweet snow globe scene this is and such a nice fit with the mood board.
Your snowy village is darling, Birgit! This is a charming card!
that is such a cute little scene inside your globe, love the paper you have for the sky background and the tiny snowflakes, love the embossing for the base too!
How magical is this snowglobe village! You've created a cozy and serene scene inside this globe. Love the soft pastel colors. Hope you had a wonderful visit with your family!
I love the look of this little village. Fabulous colors and great design, and that embossed background is just perfect.
