Sunflower ~ Double D Challenge

Hello friends ~  Double D Challenge is starting a new challenge this week and the theme is "Sunflowers".

But first, I want to announce the winner of my giveaway from the Altenew Collaboration Challenge from August 2nd.
Congratulations Darlene!!!  You're the lucky winner!  I will also reach out to you to let you know.

Now onto my card:

I love sunflowers, especially in my paper crafting.  The only hurdle I faced with this challenge, was deciding which sunflower I was going to use.

I chose to use the adorable Daisy Mouse stamp from Spellbinders.

I stamped the image onto Neenah Solar White cardstock and colored the image using Copic markers.  I let my Brother Scan N' Cut do the fussy cutting, then mounted it over a Spellbinders Fluted Classic Circle.

I hope you enjoyed today's card as much as I enjoyed making it.

Click HERE to visit the Double D Challenge blog to see more amazing inspiration from my super creative team mates.

Here's the inspiration board to help get you started:

And here's the prize that will be award to a randomly selected participant:

Thanks for stopping by!

So adorably CUTE!! My kind of mouse, one that lives outside LOL!! I am impressed how nice the scan n' cut worked to cut out the mouse, I have had mine almost 3 years and haven't turned it on since the day I got it, I need a SNC rescue!!

OH WOW! First of all thanks for choosing my comment as the winner of your generous give away! I send out many prizes but rarely win anything myself so I'm TOTALLY THRILLED!!
Secondly, your card is fabulous! Great coloring and design! I too (like Diane) need a some classes/instruction on using my SNC ... she (Diane) enabled me to purchase one too and neither one of us has had (or taken) the time to really learn how to use it properly. But that is on my ToDo List so hopefully soon! Thanks again!

Oh, how precious! I wonder if this is what went flying by my window a while ago. Could be! I love sunflowers, too, and the decision as to which to use was not easy. I guess I'll just have to make more!
