I paired the Phrase Builder Plates with Pinkfresh Studio Citrus Bloom Clear Stamps, Stencils and Dies to create my card. I used Distress Oxide Inks to stencil the images. I've listed all the colors I used below in the supply list.
A few scattered sequins finished off my card nicely.

This card is just absolutely BEAUTIFUL Birgit! I'm loving all the layers of goodness on this card...especially the polka dotted vellum and the foiled sentiment too! And of course the sequins too...they all make those lovely blooms shine even more! Lovely, lovely card my friend!! Hugs. :0)
